A little about me
Hello, my name is Jamazeya Taylor. I am a student at Texas State University getting my Bachelor of Science in Digital Media Innovations with a minor in art. I graduate this spring May 2021 and I couldn’t be more excited to see where my path takes me.
I would describe myself as cautious but curious. I love to travel and experience new places. Taking photos of my surroundings with my film camera has been a consistent hobby of mine. I'm originally from the big city of Houston, Texas but I now reside in San Marcos, Texas.
I’m always looking for new big innovations keeping myself up to date with tech is something I practice often. I'm currently employed at the Amazon warehouse where I count the inventory of the building and process shipments. Innovation is what my field is all about and I plan to build myself into someone that is successful with the digital media world and knowledgeable of new ways to solve problems.

Here is some of my work that I've completed
Web Design and Publishing final Wordpress site. I created Jampacked Charms as an ecommerce site to "sell" phone charms.
Wordpress blog for Multimedia Journalism. I created Jampacked Blog to cover differnet ways of using media to tell news and stories.
Bootstrap project for Webdesign and Publishing. I created Thrifted Treasures to bring awareness to shopping sustainably and upcycling thrifted things such as houseware, clothing, and furniture.
Analytic report made for my Advance social media and analytics class. I created this report based on The Common Experience groups Facebook data.
Analytic report made for my Multimedia Journalism class. I created this report based on my own Twitter analytics for the semester.
Bootstrap website for my prototype app Tiempo created for my DMI Capstone class. I created Tiempo to help students and visitors find parking in parking garages at universities around the nation. Tiempo was created to allow users to find parking, pay their time ticket, and extend their time right from their phones.
App protoype and research paper. Before creating a website for Tiempo, I had to come up with an app prototype presentation and research paper. You can check out my detailed research and presentation by clicking the links.
Pitch deck for Tiempo. My pitch deck was a project created for my prototype app Tiempo. This was my original design for the app before I re-worked the idea. For my pitch deck, I explained the problems Tiempo would help resolve and its innovation to be something new that students and universities can use.
